I've been to many areas that are blocked from flying and I'm literally unable to take-off (Grand Canyon area, Yosemite, etc.). I was even restricted at the Tonto cliff dwellings a few weeks ago. so I wrongly assumed that this system was one I could rely on wherever I go in the US.

I don't disagree with your point, I know the laws and I agree with what you're saying. I'm just annoyed that with all the time I do put in to doing this properly, I still managed to break federal law....
