Syrian left landless after the regime auctions their ancestral land without consent

It is genuinly upsetting to see people who never lived under the murderous regime patronize it. You never lived under it. The most you know about it is their names and the 'accomplishments' they did in their fifty years of theft, corruption, and oppression. How many of your relatives were killed? None. Two of mine were killed by your regime. How many of your houses were destroyed? None. One destroyed and the other stolen. I saw my furniture beside the tanks at the SAA checkpoint. What did you suffer? Absolutely nothing. Did you ever get rejected from a university because some person knows someone and got in and took your place? Did you witness airplanes bombing civilian hotspots and hearing the cries and the "Allahu Akbars" from those bombed? Were you taken outside of a bus and slapped in front of everyone purely for humiliation and degradation? Did you have to tell a TV reporter that you get a good income and that you are happy but you are really dying inside but you need to swallow it to make the government look good? You witness absolutely nothing. You have been living in a developed country, blind to the oppression and the dignity-ripping conditions emplaced by self-declared heroes.
