Before we were married, my husband bought an old mountain cabin. The previous owner ran his own construction business became ill. His lungs were in bad shape due to chemicals he used in the his business. He had to move to a dryer location for air quality due to his damaged lungs, but later died.

When we got married, my son and I moved into the cabin. We kept hearing strange noises like someone was working on the wood burning stove and kept dropping his wrench several times on the title floor Lights would flicker on and off. Just a bunch of weird stuff. I was sitting on the cough reading and my son seen a man sitting on the cough next to me and of sudden disappear as he was asking who is he. My husband woke up in the night with severe backpains that he continues to suffer today. He said it felt like someone just took a bat to his back.

We ended up selling the cabin. The new owners have been looking for two years and instantly fell in love with it. They were a young couple. It was odd that they bought it after the home inspection showed that it needed expensive repairs. They were thrilled to have it and told us they will go through with the sell even though the report was not good.

I keep receiving their mail in our post office box for some reason. I went to the house to give them their mail. The owners were not as bubbly, looked terrible and barely opened their door when I tried handing over their mail. She said that they have been really sick lately. Not even a year later, the lady was leaving for work and there was a bad snow storm. She dies of an aneurysm while unlocking her car door. The snow just covered her body and her hand was sticking up. Her husband came home and found her. He went into a deep depression and lost his job. He ended up foreclosing on the home.

It just seems that each owner of the property experienced health and financial problems.
