I’m not a supe but I can understand your frustration. Some of the files I get from CSR just seem lazy at this point. Like I get people don’t like geico, geico isn’t the best right now, but that doesn’t excuse lazy file handling or just plain being an idiot imo. Don’t like the job? Quit.

But to give half ass effort, thay not only effects the policy holder, but your fellow associates is downright annoying. I’ve had files kick to me, with no notes and I mean 0 notes. 0 indication on why it was kicked.

I’ve had ICS TAKE ris for Me, when from what I’ve been told they are absolutely not supposed to and when I say this RI was the WORST RI I’ve ver seen, it was. It was a backing loss and they basically just gathered the FOA. No detailed questions.

I’ve had CSR call me 7 times in a row, 7 times. Obviously I’m busy so why would you continue to call? Even 2 times is too much.

I feel for supes right now, at least the ones who care, because I’ve dealt with those crappy associates, and I can’t imagine having to supervise them and have your pay dependent on them.

I’ve said this time and time again, it’s ok to be frustrated with geico. It’s not ok to do half ass work. Quit if you don’t like it. Don’t make everyone else’s life hard
