Which players are you talking about? We've got no young attackers who are consistently starting in the top 2 divisions of English football or any other top leagues. Jason Knight is our only young midfielder (could be considered an attacker too) that particularly stands out to me. Who else has been getting game time, a 23 year old Jack Taylor at Peterborough? Gavin Kilkenny started a few games due to injuries but is back on the bench now. Same situation at fullback. Ebosele has started a bit in an empty debry squad and Bagan has been around the Cardiff first team but this level of talent isn't any different than previous generations.

Go back and looked at a under 21s lineup from 2010 and you'll see lots of promising young lads. For every Seamus Coleman, James McCarthy and even Conor Hourihane that we remember, there's a Conor Clifford Owen Garvan and Anthony Stoke who never reached their potential that we can easily forget about.
