TESLA SERVICE is not what it should be...

My service center, during appt to change a tailight, damaged the rear quarter panel fender and passenger door. requires body work to fix, which won’t fit into their local preferred collision shop until September. Tesla Tech looks like they dropped the taillight on the car resulting in a dent, paint chip, and 2 deep scratches. They also door dinged passenger door when attempting to align striker (attempted, they didn’t fix it). This is on a New tesla model s refresh.

Previously they also attempted to fix my drivers side door switch. Root cause ended up Being the window jamming against poorly installed trim. When they disassembled the door panel, the tech broke the wood trim and about 8 of the securing tabs. You would they would order a replacement part, but nope. When I shut door later after repair( it all came falling apart. I had to tape door together until tesla would see me weeks later. So far, my service center has techs that break stuff and just pretend it didn’t happen. I guess they rely upon customer for quality control.
