Hey Reddit - I need your help. I own a Model Y 21 LR - not my first Tesla and I love that car. Never had any problems wether with my old Tesla or this one. Until now - I hit the holiday Update a week ago. Great update! I farted with sentry Mode the whole day while at work and had a fun time. Until the camera view started loading forever and a notification showed up telling me that my daily data for sentry mode camera view through the app was up. Never heard about this but okay - I really used this a lot so it might be. Since then I am not able to get a camera preview on the app. But what even worse - sentry mode disables itself after 10 minutes, SOS calling doesn’t work anymore, the side and rear cameras show no picture (not even when backing up!!!) and I can’t navigate anymore - the arrow/vehicle on the map just doesn’t move. Everything else works - streaming etc. premium connectivity is about to renew on Dec 26th. And that where the problem is - my family and me are going on a vacation tomorrow morning and need to navigate (especially to superchargers along the way). I have tried to restart the unit with both click wheels pressed, both click wheels and brake pressed, I have shutdown the car and unplugged all USB stuff. I have made an appointment (unfortunately it’s in early January - but I wrote in the comments to maybe deal with this issues remotely). Called Tesla yesterday and was told that they Hand this over to IT but nothing happened. Can someone help? Has anyone experienced something like this before?
