In case you meant to deny that they do use terror (but why would you? I mean in that case, you'd be incorrect), so here's my response to that:
I don't give a shit where you live or what your ethnicity is. If you can't see how what you've just written is utter bullshit, you need to get yourself examined. If you think I'm going to take your word for it, rest assured, I (and anyone else with even one brain cell) won't, I'm simply not inclined to. Here's a fact for you though: Both the US and India are sponsors of terrorism (The US far more so). The fact that you've even gone ahead and said that the US doesn't use terrorism (or terror, as you put it) even with an abundance of evidence available all over the internet to prove it, does not reflect well upon you at all, to put it nicely.
The US warred with Vietnam for decades, nuked Japan twice, overthrew Iran's democracy, destroyed Iraq for WMDs that didn't exist, invaded and occupied Afghanistan for over a decade. This is just scratchings surface - if they can do all that, and yet you'll turn around and say they don't use terror, and still bullshit about Pakistan being a "terrorist state" (in your small mind) then talking with you has been a waste of my time.
(But if you want to play that game) As a Briton of Pakistani descent, please please let me briefly and explicitly deny that Britain and Pakistan use terror.
