Tom Petty Found Unconscious in Full Cardiac Arrest

Man, just listening to him DJ his radio show on Sirius made me feel like I was back in the good old days. Just the way he talked made you feel like everything was alright, and dealing with depression that always meant the world to me. He had such a great attitude about life and how to live it and I felt like there was always a bright side of things whenever I got the chance to listen to him. He always had a way of taking the pressure off and enjoying the moment, whatever that may have been. In this fast paced, nonstop world we live in, plugged in to every little happening, and carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, he was always able to dial that back and make me forget about the things that didn't matter. The only thing that mattered to me when I got the chance to eavesdrop on his day was enjoying what he had to say, the music he wanted to play and listen to, and appreciating his take on life and how he kept such a great attitude in one of the hardest times to do so. I will surely miss him and will always try to embody his essence, as it is surely needed in this go-go crazy world. Rest in peace Tom.
