Sidebar: I think it's funny that one of their songs I don't really like, "The Trees", is supposedly this libertarian fable about how some people are just going to be mightier than others and that's the way it is and we should not stifle their mighty-ness. But what it actually sounds like is a tale about how some people "the Oaks", who use their existing advantage to actively oppress and hold down others "in their shade", get their just desserts "by hatchet, axe, and saw".
