I'm getting to the point I'm kinda off the Trent bandwagon.

If he's happy and healthy, good for him and his family.

But With Teeth was boring. Year Zero was interesting as shit when it came out - but I find it difficult to relisten to this far out. Ghosts are throwaway tracks IMHO. The Slip flat out sucks. How to Destory Angels has some fantastic ideas - but it's like him and Atticus spent too much time making score music b/c none of the songs here feel like they go anywhere.

And props to him for being successful with Atticus making score music, but other than the odd single listen, it's not something i'm really interested in.

I'm still rather torn about Hesitation Marks. A chunk of it is stellar. Other parts of it i could throw in the trash.

Trent is the quintessential example of a musician getting off drugs and then the art just kinda going to hell. But frankly, I'd rather him alive, and healthy, than making something interesting and captivating (to me) that requires him to destroy himself or his life.
