About two years ago I did a self regression and I had troubles imagining what was being said. The more the video talked about comfort and serenity my body started to reject it more by feeling uncomfortable. I saw vague images which I remember one of them being a wedding, they might have been the creations of my imaginations because they didn't make sense.

After seeing the images suddenly I found myself in a room standing in front of a mirror with lamps on edges, I was in a dressing room of a theater, I wore a white dress with white gloves, I looked at my hands and they were black. There was also a news paper folded on a chair that had the title "US AT WAR" printed on top. After seeing that I got too excited and snapped out of it and immediately started searching for the news paper.

I found some news papers with exact title and font on top. They were all either from ww2 or ww1, so I believe I had a life as a black american woman during world war.
