It's funny because Ray never fucking listens to Tony/Lang. He wants to be included, but never actually participates – he's always off doing his own thing or being salty that he's not being allowed to do his thing.

I mean, at this point, they've got to be running out of IC reasons to keep him around. He's a nice "pet grinder" to have on the team since he can capitalize on degen hours, but now that Ray has started to expense his grinding to the crew's bank jobs, his value has definitely gone down significantly.

The problem is that there is so much OOC hate/chat-hopping/meta going on that it's impossible to know how the characters would genuinely play it out. All we can do is wait for OTV Rust in a week or two so the crew has an excuse to shake things up.
