Are you sure? Mythbusters did an episode adding all sorts to things to petrol and the contaminants didn't do much. I assume the fuel trucks are using diesel? so that might make a difference. Adding any water based liquid will stop an engine as water sinks to the bottom of the tank where the fuel pickup is so starving the engine of fuel. Fuel trucks (should) have mitigations to prevent water contamination being pumped anyway.

Even if coke did work adding such a small amount of contaminant to such a large volume of fuel is unlikely to work.

Urea is an additive in modern diesel vehicles so not sure what urine would do if anything.

Just burn the fucker and move on.
