Were you on fluvoxamine while on clozapine? I am on both currently but not for OCD. fluvox and clozapine interact, increasing the positive effect of the clozapine while downplaying its negative. I am trying to get the ratio right with my doctor so theoretically there could be no negative symptoms, all positive. It is an interesting combonation with lots of potential for this, although I have yet to experience the positive results of the right ratio. You can read about it in like the last chapter of this book. Anyway your doctor should know about drug interactions before prescribing but if you were on both at the same time, note that fluvax greatly amplifies the effects, both positive and negative, of the clozapine, just more notably the positive.
