I mean, I don't really know what you'd be expecting about a university in Massachusetts, the state is really white (80%) and it gets even whiter when you look at people with college degrees (50% of white people vs 30% of black people and 20% of Hispanics). With those numbers referenced you would expect ~90% of the administration to white, which seems like what we have. The student body on the other hand is completely different because of all the international and out of state students, which are heavily recruited, while staff is recruited locally.

At least the school is pretty good about women in leadership roles, albeit not at the top echelon.
