what happened in the cab, when joey was sa by the boys. it REALLY wasn’t that obvious to tim. tim was a full on dickhead for saying that shit when they got in trouble with the police. “it was just joey being joey” BUT joey was showing suggestive signs and was willingly (consented) kissing them and playing with the toy and sitting on their laps BEFORE they sa her. i am NOT saying that they had any right to touch her or her body without her giving any signs of consent. that was horrible and she didn’t deserve that just as no one would. but tim really didn’t have that clear of a perspective on what happened, he genuinely didn’t see every side. he was trying not to look and it would be hard to comprehend how and when something (joey kissing and making out with the boys on her own accord literally saying that she can do whatever she wants) that was completely consented turned into something that was not consented and wanted. i don’t entirely blame tim. still a dick move though
