I say this as someone that genuinely likes Ekin and I’m amazed by how much character she’s brought to the show. It’s sad I even need to make this ~disclaimer~

And then people claim that Ekin has haters. I’m sure they exist and it’s a shame that public figures are exposed to such online rhetoric, but that’s the case for everything. There’s always gonna be people who hate purely because someone is ultra successful — Oppositional for the sake of being oppositional. But as a fan, you will have a much better experience if you focus on what you love about the person & share that with others. You can’t make everyone feel the same, so don’t bring down your own mood by caring about something so uncontrollable. And this is all aside from the fact that she is insanely popular across every social media platform, which must be such a fun experience as a fan!
