I agree Ursa tape is awesome, but are the minis? In general it’s a great product, can’t leave home with out it. The three colors solve any mic’ing situation, all black outfits, white dress shirts, or low cut necklines.

As for the mini mounts I wonder is it worth it to buy them cut or just by the pack of sheets and cut them yourself.

I cut each moleskin based on what the talent is wearing. The roll is annoying because it curls and looses adhesive but the medium sized sheets come with about 10 in each ziplock. If you get the three colors, 30 sheets can last a while and adhere a lot of lavs, especially when your cutting them to the size needed with limited waste. I even use scraps to tape down wires or along seams.

How often are you trimming the minis? I found they were too big and I still needed to have scissors out. I had trouble fitting them in between the buttons of a dress shirt?
