Using only basic logic, How do you justify getting to tell other people how to behave?

I have the right to go where I want in public without being poisoned.

Yes you do. And I have the right to voluntarily choose to be somewhere that is harmful so long as everyone there agrees.

And bars are not "public" they are private buildings owned by a private individuals. They are not owned by the public, and the owner can kick everyone out at any time and do whatever they want in there.

Do you agree with this statement?

I have the right to go where I want in public without losing my hearing.

Do you want to ban loud music at clubs and concerts? Since it can cause permanent hearing loss? Or should people be allowed to choose what level of 'danger' they find acceptable? And if you don't want to be around loud music, don't go to a place that plays very loud music?

And what if you don't want to be around naked men? Should we ban men from being naked or do you just not go to male strip clubs?

What if you don't want to be around peanuts? Do we ban peanuts or do you simply choose to not patron businesses that offer peanuts?

People are allowed to fight each-other if they voluntarily join a fight (boxing, MMA, etc.) Should be ban it? No, why? Because those people voluntarily choose to fight each other.

If you don't want to be around cigarette smoke, why on earth would you walk into a bar that allows smoking? What logic do you use to say "I could simply choose another, but instead I will attempt to ban the action for everyone in the entire country"

What's next? Ban gay marriage because you don't like gays? Ban all alcohol because you don't like drinking? Ban all drugs because you don't like them?

What amount of bullshit entitlement do you need to posses to even consider banning an action that you could easily avoid?

Don't like being around smoke? Then don't be around it/
