VELMA is the most intolerant show I've ever seen

See you're picking and choosing what is acceptable, playing mental gymnastics as some sort of reasoning as to why people wouldn't be upset with these changes. People have grown attached to these characters, characters that are nostalgic to them, only for these characters to be changed into such unrecognizable versions that it's disrespectful to the source material and the fans. That was my point of original comment. I wasn't being serious about a white black panther, but all of a sudden when the roles flip it's not ok? It only matters for black panther to be black because he's the king of an African country, but none of the history of the white characters of Scooby Doo that have been established in lore over 50 years doesn't matter? It's cool how every other race other than white has deep rich cultural lore in fiction that can't be altered and plays into their character, but white people are just white and can be interchangeable with any other race. You're a true racist.
