Very disappointed in the elimination of mobile service.

Yea we were shocked when we got news of 20% cuts. I know the media posted 14% because it was mostly RMS, but we lost some folks who were institutions at RAD. They built the systems that we rely on today and made the company culture what it was, and they just got tossed out one day. We've started to see more folks quiting since then.

We get meetings from leadership and hr now, but it's all gaslighting and deflections. Not only is morale in the toilet, we don't trust our management. The last year there were big efforts for grassroots pushes to improve morale to stop the revolving door, people trying to make improvements on systems that were inneficient, and just plain information that could have avoided these problems. Unfortunately with 7 levels of management, messages were lost. Those who took more aggressive steps by speaking plainly and directly were disappeared, and those who gave bad news in a more professional manner usually got an empathetic ear but no action ever taken.

We've been told there will be no raises or bonuses this review cycle, and that we should be patient and work hard and maybe we will see a vague something in the future. In the past "bonuses" were $25 door dash gift cards or an extra 15 minute break. They ran out of carrots and they think we can eat sticks.

The employees aren't buying the messaging leadership is giving, and it sounds like the customer base isn't either. I hope this can change.

So I want to apologize in advance if you don't recieve the best service, you will most likely be talking to someone trying to hide how burnt out they are and are on the brink. If you yell at them, they will give you an empathetic ear, but nothing will happen. Or if they do try to do right by you and send the message up, they will get an empathetic ear and nothing will happen.
