NSW teachers to strike next Wednesday over pay and conditions

His reply is (and I’m paraphrasing) “ I earn six figures for doing a job that takes me about three/4 of the year. How is disruptions and less money not counter-productive?“ He mentioned he’s not been given any more work. For the last 2 weeks of holidays he did one afternoon of school work. Admin staff on the other hand, are prorated with their salary and expected to supplement their income with additional work during school holidays And those down voting; how many of you are teachers?? No that systems not perfect, but if you’re not a teacher yourself what right do you have to imply that somebody should be happy to lose a day salary and disrupt their classroom even more?
