Vive L'Empereur...

Napoleon (2002). It's a shit movie though in terms of efforts and standards. The casting didn't make sense.

They casted a French actor with similar height of Napoleon as Napoleon.

Everyone else is either American with British accents or just some British actors on the side whose height generally varies from their historical characters. Their personalities too and age are fucked up. Marshal Ney is depicted as an older guy when he was a bit on the younger side throughout most of the movie.

The movie also doesn't seem to take into account aging or the updates in uniforms, tactics, etc.

It's basically French Revolution and then it jumped straight to 1809 uniform updates when 1805, 1806, 1807 and 1808 were all crucial times for the Grande Armee.

The pacing is awkward as well and I do not enjoy the depiction of battles. You should watch the Russian movie "War and Peace" and Russian movie "Waterloo" 1970, though the dialogue acting is pretty dated for both, it's still a visual masterpiece.
