Edit: I figured out an ability. He can use the Elements and other powers to use offensively and defensively. For instance, if you try to chase down TW and the user, TW can make a small tree. Using brutal gravity, he can make the tree fall near you. He can also use wind to make a car crash 10 meters away from you. TW can use Fire from thin air to keep you away if you get in enough range. Using Water, TW can drown you by putting a sphere of water around your head. Using Earth, he can crush you by making a hand made of rock.
