Stand: Flash Frost

Appearance: Its figure is humanoid, it has a carrot looking nose

extending out a gap from its face. It has scarves covering its neck

and mouth and a winter beanie that covers its head and eyes so

only it's nose is visible. Flash Frost wears a parka with black

mittens, insulated pants and boots. Its skin is light blue

Ability When ever it removes an article of clothing the area

around it gets colder and the range it affects increases depending

on what was removed. While it is wearing all it's clothes its

maximum range is 10 meters and it reduces the surrounding temperature by 20 degrees

Power increase per article of clothing

Boots - adds 5 meters to range and adds 5 degrees to reduction total

Mittens- adds no range and adds 7 degrees to reduction total

Pants- adds 20 meters to range and adds 7 degrees to reduction total

Parka- adds 5 meters to range and adds 15 degrees to reduction total

Scarf- adds 2 meters to range and adds 2 degrees to reduction total

Beanie- adds 10 meters to range and no addition to reduction total
