Unbelievable. I’ve seen that happen 2x at my firm. One guy called everyone a dick all the time. One day, one of his subordinates claimed this was sexual harassment after he told her and the others to “stop dicking around.”

He was fired and she essentially got promoted.

Another female senior finance director was sending her male subordinate nude pictures, masturbation videos and telling him to have sex with her. He didn’t realize she had sent them to other people and claimed he demanded them. The investigation found they were all sent by her own volition.

He was fired and she kept her job. He reported this and sent everyone the proof. She kept her job.

Sorry to hear about that, man. It happens a lot.
