So, yesterday the Musashino Line got delayed - again. Nevermind that there's a huge time gap between trains on that line in the first place and the trains are always filled to capacity. The trains are already inadequate, and on top of that they're delayed almost every day.

So the line to get on the train doubles up and folds over on itself - now the last people to arrive have somehow ended up at the front of the line. One chubby asshole ignores all the lines, and just walks up past the hundred or so people waiting to get on and shoves his fat ass onto the train.

Not noticing that he's about to crush this little two-year-old against the seats next to the doorway - because why would he? He obviously doesn't give a shit about anything other than his stupid cell phone game. So I wedge my arm up against the door to give the mom and the girl a bit of space, all while doing my best to jam the chubby asshole against the door. Fuck him, he wanted on the train so badly, he can jam his face against the window.

That's not even the complaint, though. At the next station, the mom starts screaming at her kid to "Keep your feet out of the door!" And she goes all out, full power slaps the kid on her skull. Just palm on skull, THWAP. The child starts screaming and crying, and the mom pulls out her cell phone.

Well fuck you, too lady.

In fairness - Jesus Christ, you have to respect the manners of Japanese people. Hundreds of people inconvenienced because some asshole tried to get on the train tracks a few stations down the line - in complete silence. No complaints, no fighting, no nothing.

But, man, fuck the fucking god damn worthless piece of shit Musashino Line.
