Please do not use cows milk! Using actual kitten milk is so important, which I did see you intend on getting, but sooner is better than later. If you can’t get it at your local grocery store or pet store, feed it a goat milk mixture until your online order has arrived. Kittens must be dewormed regularly, and given where you found them they likely will have flaws &/or mites. All of the above is very easily treatable but must be administered by a vet since they are so young.

Having a warming station is super important, as is stimulating their little butts, so great job there. If you have a soft brush try using that on them, it is like being groomed by mama.
