What is the average age of non-profit directors? Earliest age that one can be promoted to director status with necessary experience and dedicated time at a one non-profit?

I am speaking from personal experience from banks to manufactures. I have had to ask other people in my organization to sign as I was not old enough to do so under there policies. My sector may operate different from yours but 99% of all contracts signed between my organization and any other business entity has been done by someone other than me due to the fact I was not 18 at the time of the agreement. It’s the law in my state that you must be 18 when on the board of directors and 18 to sign into any legal contract enforced by law. However, B2B will often have there threshold be 21 due to the amount being lended and the amount of equipment being financed. I assure you it’s not a “gross and inaccurate generalization”

Also I am more than able to sign into a contract to finance or purchase a car...the high liability argument doesn’t make since on the consumer side.
