What is the biggest risk you have ever taken?

Don’t know if this is the biggest but one of the dumbest. Crashed a small UAV right on the other side of the wall around our COP (combat outpost) in Baghdad. Instead of grabbing our gear or getting a squad to go around and grab it like we were supposed to, my buddy and I thought I can just quickly jump the wall and throw it back over. He was going to cover me. Unfortunately we had to go to the Iraqi army side and go on the balcony of this two story building for him to cover me best. So I hop over and try to start shoving the wings of the plane (small plane made to come apart) through a crack in the wall. The wings start getting pushed back towards me, I push harder, then I hear some frantic yelling from my buddy on the balcony. He’s trying to explain to this Iraqi soldier that I’m an American on the other side and to not shoot while this guy is freaking out about some weird contraption being shoved into his post. He only stepped out to have a smoke and just happened upon us at the right time and was fully ready to start shooting whatever was on the other side of this wall. Luckily he did not, and when I climbed back over he gave me a smoke. Again may not be my biggest risk, but almost getting my ass shot because of laziness definitely ranks up there.
