With all due respect, you seem to be very focused on medications to get rid of the pain. How long have you had the pinched nerve? How was the pinched nerve diagnosed? Is this your first MRI?

If this is acute pain; less than 3 months/1 year. The main focus should be healing up and be very VERY careful with pain killers. Example, if you sprained your ankle, its best to let it heal up instead of taking pain killers and continue walking on it.

I am not saying pain killers are bad but Im just checking that you are using it appropriately. Letting my body rest and heal up, reducing aggravating factors were the best things to help with my sciatica.
