The yellow tint is the main sign of ibuprofen/acetaminophen overdose. If you're not experiencing diarrhea, heartburn, vomiting, or unexplained sweating either, then it's probably not an overdose. The stomach pain can be an indication, but if it's manageable then it might be something else. What you were describing doesn't necessarily remind me of that type of overdose. I'd be careful with taking any more though, if you can, and see how the the stomach pain progresses. If it gets worse then you can contact a medical professional.

Our bodies react differently to acetaminophen and ibuprofen, so unless you have a sensitivity or lowered liver/kidney function, then the amount you've taken shouldn't necessarily cause an overdose.
