They are not taking over. Not yet. The point at which petrodollar would be challenged would require OPEC to fully switch off the dollar-bases trade. And that is a hypothetical only.

Yes. But, then they leave and work for US, or other high-paying states. Fact is, they are citizens of other nations first, at that point. Their loyalty, talent, effort, ...all have been given over to that state, willingly.
