What does someone actually need to get hired a public or international school in Japan?

I read another comment you made elsewhere and it seems like you think the Japanese people are going to be nicer than the people in China. But from living in Korea for 6 years and hearing my friends' experiences in China (I also visited Japan but just for a very short time), while I think the Japanese people will definitely be more polite, I wouldn't expect them to be warmer. After 3 years in Korea I moved to Thailand, I was also sick of the people and thought that Thai people would be warmer. They were, and the whole environment was way more relaxed, but the massive pay cut really made life difficult and I still didn't make any Thai friends, haha. I moved back to Korea after a year and a half. Now I'm in Russia. I also came here because I thought people would be warm. They are, but...well it's a long story, sorry for writing a novel about this. :)
