Anyone successfully sued their school?

We don’t get justice because the justice system sucks here.

People won’t do their job unless push comes to shove. A former coworker did the donkey work to start testifying that the school was abusing students, but because he was a foreigner and he was the first to report it, it got swept under the rug until enough people has reported it. I can’t since I was in a different branch, and others find it too mendakusi.

Basically people can get away with a lot because nobody cares about doing their job and when they do, they do it so slowly that evidence disappears.

Keep in mind that pictures and recordings of others are 100% illegal here and you can’t use them in a court setting because that evidence doesn’t exist. It’s why Japanese phones make a sound when pictures are taken.
