You need to understand that people are going out of their way to be extremely malicious towards me and others who expose their lures/pvp related shit but they could equally be as malicious to post a detailed thread like mine "exposing" people they don't like, whom may have done nothing wrong at all. The rules are in place to protect against that possibility. If J-mods check their the entire list of Oblivion PK members and CalamityPK members, as well as people who spam the word #irs lures they will find the culprits thru their individual reports and chat logs, if they scan thru the thousands of reports "pk" has made they will find the culprits. Let Jagex handle this.

/u/jagexinfinity feel free to check thru them if you have the chance, as you'll likely find enough evidence to ban them all except a select few who have the competence not to do malicious things in-game.
