Sorry I'm not trying to stereotype European languages I know you are all different and unique! But I just meant for the purposes of this post I think in most European countries the initial 'A' vowel sound in hannah is pronounced relatively similarly, like a long Han as in the Han river. Like different European accents affect it accordingly (French people kind of drop the initial H, etc) but I think that initial vowel stays relatively consistent. But I think Americans have actually changed the name, as there some people here who are Hannah like the Han river (the original European way in my mind), but most are Hannah with the initial a vowel shorter/ kind of aggressive, sounding like the American pronunciation of hand. That's the difference I was trying to get at.

I'm not an expert on phonics so if I sound like I have no idea how to describe what I'm saying it's because I really have no idea, but I tried my best.

Maybe there is a European country pronouncing the vowel the same way as the Americans though, I just assumed based on what I know so far! Sorry if I offended you, I didn't mean to.
