What is the next step if an appeal is unfairly denied?

Of course it's a power trip. You don't get paid so you have to get your frustrations out somehow. I'm not saying you personally, just what I've heard from everybody else about their experiences and my own. I'm a fair person and I admit when I've done something wrong. That's why I was willing to accept 90 days without question. But there was absolutely no reason for them to change it to permanent. I had no history of bad behavior whatsoever. What else explains it but a power trip? I had no previous posts. I didn't appeal. I didn't argue. Nothing. 90 days to permanent in less than 24 hours with no explanation. Tell me some reason other than power trip. But you don't have to do that, do you? You don't have to give reasons. You can behave as badly and as irresponsibly and as maliciously as you wish and not be questioned. You can do whatever you want, and you like it that way. That's why you do it
