i was making a new deck with another account and i realized my pull rates were really bad. i used up about 9k gems of the starter gems and barely could dust any ultras and i was just blown away how bad it was. after making a few accounts, i learned its random, some accounts were consistently getting 3 ultras every ten pulls, sometimes two in one pack. basically its random but sometimes some accounts can either feel blessed or cursed. i know some people are really new and dont know how things work. basically this game runs on ultras, and ultra "dust". if you barely have ultras, and may feel your account feels "cursed" do yourself a favor and reroll(make a new account).
