I have a suggestion. Since we are at a state of a game where the game is unbalanced, actually narrowing down the scope of the event will feel better.

See, the problem with hosting an event at tX, or unrestricted will be a problem because t8 players have trouble getting to tX due to +2 tier MM.

T7 would be fine, but we all know what happens when there's elephants in the game. They just suck points out of the rest of your players, whether you win or you lose. A point system event just won't do.

Therefore I think events should stick to t4. A time before elephants, and also restrict it to be solo play, so as not to disrupt the normal t4 players doing their business (of getting owned by veterans). Also the solo play idea was also influenced by the party complain threads we see.

Back then when WoT wasn't as balanced, they threw t1 events.
