What’s a great way to cook frozen veggies so that they don’t suck?

Oven to 350-425F (play with it to find out what you like).

Aluminum foil and/or a baking sheet.

Oil it (cans of kitchen spray oil work just fine).

Dump frozen veggies out on the sheet.

Season. Salt, don't go nuts but some is good. Anything else you find tasty, try it. Cumin, pepper, sugar, soy, whatever you like. Try stuff. Sprinkle on. You can go back over it with another quick spray of oil (it's oil, sprayed on by compressed air; not magic or something weird, just oil, look at the can's ingredients). If that offends your cooking soul, you can of course use other oils, butter, whatever you like.

Bake for 45-70 mins, depending on how high you mound them, what the veggie is, and how crispy, browned, and/or dried you want them. For example, I like flat green beans, but I like them even more when they've had a good amount of the water in them baked off.

Takes about three minutes to get frozen veggies on a sheet and in the oven. Timer, done. They come out, eat and enjoy. For how entirely non-fuss this method is, the veggies come out very tasty.

Use whatever veggies you like. I buy frozen veggies because I despise canned veggies (yucky mush), and don't like fresh because I don't have good sources near me and hate feeling pressured to eat things before they go bad. Frozen veggies are always in my freezer, ready to eat, never need to be thrown out because they turn. I'm very fond of oven roasted broccoli, and don't like eating it any other way.
