No problem. I ran Ethernet throughout my entire home (upstairs was not fun in the main attic master bath and 2 of the bedrooms have the (drawing a blank.. vaulted? Ceilings. Skylights in the bath. I got stuck literally in the only tiny area getting through to the master bedroom to run the cat 6 Ethernet (last room I did) and im a tall skinny guy I'm dreading getting up there to do some other work but anyway it was all worth it. Making the connectors for each cable was a pain even with the right crimper and tools as I am a technician just not experienced (at the time) with making Ethernet cable ends. The only thing that runs wifi are the cell phones in the house I pay for 250MBps service and get 300-320 down 15-25 on average up checked with multiple speed test apps/using different servers for the test with my CM1200 Nighthawk Multi-Gig 10Gbps Cable Modem with a 2tb external drive on the nighthawk router which is attached to the modem. I use the USB on the router for home storage and backup on the LAN network I have setup, both modem and router are in the in the basement and there is thanks to whoever built the house, I found a small pipe in the basement ceiling which was empty and labelled upstairs cable/phone/antenna which goes directly to the main top attic so I was only able to fit 4 Ethernet cables in that pipe (cat6 cable heavy insulation), one to each room except the fifth bedroom that is just used as storage. Ran to Ethernet outlets on the wall And then 4 port ethernet switches in 2 rooms which have more than one device like our bedroom the tv, soundbar, and desktop computer and the 4th port I used a LInksys EA3500 as a wireless access point/repeater for the nighthawk way down in the basement. I highly recommend it especially if you have multiple defices. I figured it would be a good project and add a little value to the house having proper erhernet outlets in every room. (Downstairs was easy) Also I did this many years ago pre 2010 I'd say or earlier wayyy before mesh wifi etc just the equipment has been upgraded over the years
