What's Your Outstanding Binance Customer Support Issue?

Please assist CaseID#4764099

I have had 3 months of waiting and back and forth with Binance and Swipe (owned and operated by Binance and using Binance wallets). I had a personal note rather than a memo on an hbar transaction from Binance to Swipe (so it literally never left the Binance managed wallets) , this was confirmed to be in Binance public wallet and they have agreed (twice now) to reverse the transaction for 5x fee (both times mentioning it will be recorded and this will be done in 24-72 hours) only for the ticket to be dropped with no further assistance or response and me, once again, having to start the process over. I will be the first on here to thank the ground they walk on and give the best reviews if only I actually receive the reversal as promised. This is now worth 5k and growing. Please help!
