What's your scariest sleep paralysis story?

The first time I remember experiencing sleep paralysis I was 17. I dreamt that I was walking through an abandoned house and found a rusted shut toil box in it. I took it home and a white cat followed me along. Next thing I know I'm in my bed with the cat and I pry the box open. It's full of pictures of dead families sitting in chairs together, almost posing for the picture. I instantly noticed that the white cat was in every single photograph. When I looked at it it was at the foot of my bed smiling speaking in a language I've never head and looking at my carpet. I noticed I was paralyzed. This black figure bubbled up out of a puddle in my carpet and started walking towards me. I didn't know what to do so I screamed as loud as possible to scare it away and woke up sitting straight up screaming at that area in my carpet.

A few weeks later my boyfriend stayed the night and we fell asleep with the TV on Syfy. I dreamt that I woke up and saw the Syfy logo. The tv was repeating what the cat said in my previous dream, but translating it to English. It was a really cliché satanic ritual of some sort, repeating 'demon' every few seconds. Even though you could clearly understand the words it sounded like static. I was paralyzed. I look to my left for comfort, but my boyfriend is nowhere to be found. I look back to my right and I see the closet door beside my TV stand slowly creeping open. Another black figure reaches it's long fingers out and grasps the top of the door frame. The static starts getting louder as it reaches its head out from under the doorway before entering my room. It it at least 10 feet tall and can barely fit it's unproportionate body into my bedroom. It crosses the floor in my direction, scraping bits of paint and drywall off of my ceiling the entire way. I try as hard as I can to wiggle off the bed to wake myself. He reaches my side and the static becomes so loud that my ears are about to bleed, then I finally wiggle free of my paralysis and fall off of the bed in slow motion. I woke up when I hit the floor. It was 3:43am, my closet door was shut, TV still on some shitty old Syfy series and my boyfriend still asleep peacefully. Can't remember if it's happened since then.
