When AR becomes a thing, will it be illegal to "see" someone without their clothes on?

Sorry - should have explained myself.

If you could, hypothetically, create "photo-realistic" overlays for people you meet, then you could, theoretically, do things like have everyone dressed as Nintendo characters, or zombies or something. But you could also remove clothes and "see" everyone naked - using CH_Body#1A33f as an overlay for your landlady or whatever.

I know it's not "really" naked (which is another thing), but if you found out someone was seeing you as naked, you'd be a little put out. As I type this, I feel I'm being prudish in the eyes of future generations, but IDK.

So in the AR future, will it be illegal to "see" people without their clothes on?
