Where to train?

I look into this a lot because I also move around frequently. You're in luck because all those states have a plethora of aerial gyms. To start finding gyms, I usually look at the side bar map, or just Google aerial gyms in the city.

If you're going to be in Reno, Nevada you can go to Skydance, The Generator, Acro Enso, or Flux Movement Lab

Skydance - not very beginning friendly

The Generator - not an aerial gym, but I know people who learned aerials there.

Flux Movement Lab - I've only seen them on Instagram

Acro Enso - I think this place is new.

My advice to newbies is to work on your core and grip strength. You dont need to be at an aerial gym to work on it and it will make a world of difference in your progress. Don't be too discouraged if your classes feels like a struggle. It takes a lot of strength and muscle memory to makes the movements flow smoothly.
