I really only deal with my coworkers on conference calls every two weeks, but goddamn does one woman just make them fucking unbearable.

We have a pretty simple job, one that requires us to go to many different stores in our areas, and really just check distribution and maybe talk to the managers about displays.

This woman always has questions about projects - but really specific questions that only pertain to one single of her stores, and nothing anyone else really needs to hear about. She just starts talking. Our manager regularly has to cut her off and ask her to call him after the meeting - like she should have done nearly two weeks ago when her situation arose. That's another thing - her super important questions that she needs to know from the beginning of the projects don't get asked until almost the end of the project. Then it makes my manager anxious and think everyone didn't know what they're doing.

Btw the instructions given aren't always super clear but it all basically goes down the same way, plus we are given other step by step instructions through the company which makes it much clearer.

She adds at least an extra twenty minutes on to the hour long call already, and she's ALWAYS driving during, so she talks on speakerphone and can't really be heard and her car windows are down... it's just a mess with her.

Other than that, the team is great!
