Used to like them and was willing to stick with them even though I had a number of issues with the as others have noted (white residue at the end of the day, needing to reapply during the day, etc) but I’ve now moved on to a different company (Fussy same idea but made in the UK). Why did I move on? The fact that there was always something wrong when I ordered refills which meant I had to contact them. The tone of how they communicated in their replies to me. But mostly, the fact that they knowingly sent out mislabelled products without letting their customers know either via email/social media/an insert. And when asked about it replied along the lines of we didn’t want to waste paper and not too many people contacted us about it.
