This happened with lots of people, and not just people for their big indoor drop. They had problems before the drop and it's clear they are still having problems with their ordering process. You need to check your bank account because there is a pretty good chance you were charged regardless of any type of order success notice, just like many of us were charged also (charged for every single error notice). You need to also e-mail them because they are automatically going to ship it to your billing address rather than your shipping address if they are different (while not warning anyone beforehand). I had an awful experience with them but mods locked my threads because they thought I was trying to stir crap up and that I was making up stuff up. Nope, I was simply trying to warn people to go with another vendor if they don't want to have to deal with this stuff until its fixed.
